Our Story

Delia’s Dips began in 1990 with a simple goal: help pay for music lessons for Delia’s growing family. Music mattered deeply to her, and she wanted to give her children the opportunities she didn’t have—without stretching the family budget.

From childhood, Delia learned to prioritize nutrition while managing asthma and multiple allergies. That early education sparked a lifelong curiosity. As nutrition science evolved, so did her kitchen: she kept refining recipes and seeking the highest-quality ingredients to make food that’s both nourishing and delicious.

Delia doesn’t just value good food—she loves gathering the people she loves and feeding them. Her dips and salsa have been staples at her table for as long as anyone can remember: quick to make, universally adored.

In 2012, when her husband, John, was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease, Delia returned to selling her dips to help cover rising medical costs. John’s courageous battle ended in 2024, but his legacy of perseverance and love remains at the heart of this family business.

Today, Delia continues to champion food that fuels us well—and tastes incredible. If you’ve tried anything from Delia’s kitchen, you already know: when she bakes or creates, it’s absolutely delicious.
