Ingredients

Salsa Sabrosa packet

2 pounds chicken

½ cup chicken broth
Directions
Place chicken in bottom of instant pot or crock pot.
Mix Salsa Sabrosa with chicken broth and pour over chicken.
Cook for 40 minutes in Instant Pot or 4-5 hours on high in slow cooker.
Once chicken is cooked, shred with fork.
Serve over rice, salad, or in a tortilla and top with a fresh batch of Salsa Sabrosa.
Recipe Note
Add-ins: Dress up the recipe a little with 1-2 cups of corn and 1-2 cans of beans.
Frozen Chicken: If using Frozen chicken, you may need to increase instant pot time to 60 minutes.
